Went to Sushi Deli tonight, they have so many vegan options! I ended up choosing the Shauna Roll with no cream cheese (sweet potato tempura and avocado inside), a Cucumber Avocado Roll, and a Tofu Roll (tofu tempura and cucumber inside) . All three were so good and very well priced. I recommend the Shauna Roll, it made me love sweet potato
